Our platform connects buyers with reputable sellers offering a wide array of goods, including agricultural commodities, raw materials, manufactured products, and more. With a focus on reliability, transparency, and convenience, Ausexports strives to facilitate seamless transactions and foster mutually beneficial relationships between vendors and customers. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please note that Ausexports operates on a membership basis for vendors.

02. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors play a crucial role in ensuring the success and integrity of the Ausexports marketplace. As such, vendors are expected to adhere to the following responsibilities:

Maintain product quality: Vendors must ensure their products meet industry standards and specifications, providing accurate descriptions and delivering goods that match customers’ expectations. Failure to maintain product quality may result in warnings, account restrictions, or termination.

Timely delivery: Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and efficiently, utilizing reliable shipping methods to ensure timely delivery to customers. Consistent delays may result in penalties or account suspension.

Excellent customer service: Vendors should prioritize customer satisfaction by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and facilitating returns or exchanges when necessary. Poor customer service may lead to performance reviews and potential penalties.

03. Product Approval Process

Ausexports employs a rigorous product approval process to maintain the quality and integrity of listings on our platform. This process includes:

Content moderation: Each product listing undergoes a thorough review to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Ausexports’ guidelines and policies. The review process typically takes up to 5 business days.

Vendor verification: Vendors may be required to undergo a verification process to confirm their identity, business credentials, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

04. Prohibited & Items & Activites

To uphold legal and ethical standards, Ausexports prohibits the listing or sale of the following items and activities:

Illegal products: Items that are illegal to sell or possess under applicable laws and regulations.

Inappropriate content: Content that is offensive, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others. Examples include hate speech, explicit material, and misleading claims.

Fraudulent activities: Deceptive practices, including but not limited to price gouging, false advertising, and unauthorized use of payment methods.

05. Privacy and Data Protection

Ausexports is committed to protecting the privacy and security of user data. Our policies and practices include:

Data security measures: Implementation of encryption, firewalls, and other industry-standard security measures to safeguard sensitive information.

Data collection and usage: Collection and processing of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which outlines the purposes, methods, and rights of users regarding their data.

06. Shipping and Delivery

Customers rely on Ausexports for reliable shipping and delivery services. Our policies and procedures include:

Shipping policies: Transparent communication of shipping options, costs, and delivery timelines to customers at the time of purchase.

Delivery guarantees: Commitment to meeting delivery timelines and service quality standards, with procedures in place to address issues such as lost or damaged shipments. In the event of disputes related to shipping, Ausexports will mediate to find a resolution.

07. Promotional Opportunities

Ausexports offers various promotional opportunities to vendors to enhance their visibility and reach within the marketplace. These opportunities may include:

Social media promotion: Participation in social media campaigns, sponsored posts, or influencer partnerships to showcase products and attract new customers.

Collaborative marketing: Collaboration with Ausexports on joint marketing initiatives, such as co-branded promotions, giveaways, or featured product showcases.

08. Seller Performance Metrices

To maintain accountability and quality standards among vendors, Ausexports establishes performance metrics and consequences for non-compliance, including:

Performance standards: Expectations for vendors regarding order fulfilment rates, response times to customer inquiries, and overall customer satisfaction.

Consequences for non-compliance: Warnings, account restrictions, or termination for vendors who consistently fail to meet performance standards.

09. Dispute Resolution

Ausexports facilitates the resolution of disputes between vendors and customers through a fair and impartial mediation process. The mediation process includes:

Submission of the dispute details by both parties.
Attempt to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. If mediation is unsuccessful, parties may pursue other legal remedies as provided by law.
Review and mediation by an Ausexports representative.

10. Liability and Indemnification

Vendors acknowledge their sole responsibility for any liabilities arising from their use of Ausexports and agree to indemnify Ausexports against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their actions.

11. Termination of the Agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, vendors are required to cease all use of Ausexports and remove listed products from the platform.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, with disputes resolved exclusively by the courts of Australia.

13. Changes to Terms and Condition

Ausexports reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes and are responsible for reviewing the updated terms regularly.

14. Commission and Fees

Ausexports charges a 5% commission on every product sold through the marketplace. This commission is deducted automatically from the sale price before the funds are transferred to the vendor.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties, with provisions for severability and adherence to governing law.
